What is Heilkunst?

Heilkunst is a German word; Heil (hale/whole) and Kunst (the art of), thus the art of making whole.

Heilkunst is a comprehensive system of medicine that is based on natural laws and principles. These laws where first laid out by Hippocrates centuries ago but brought into use many year by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, a German physician and the founder of real medicine, homeopathy. It has recently been updated to incorporate all of these old laws which are still true today as well as recognizing new modalities that are able to address the many new diseases man is subject to today; such as diseases created by the side effects of chemical medicine, so called 'Iatrogenic diseases.'

What makes Heilkunst so different from all other healing practices available today, is that it understands that man is a dual organism, like all things in nature, and these two sides function in harmony to make a whole. When one of these sides is out of harmony it will affect the other. Each side has its own specific modalities and principles that are used to release the blockages and allow them to heal and return to their full functioning capacity.

A Heilkunstler is trained to know the difference between a true disease (chicken pox, cancer), a condition (arthritis, MS) and a mere imbalance (mid afternoon headache due to dehydration) and be able to prescribe accordingly to help that individual recover fully.
